Pius Gürber has many years of practical experience in the field of tax consulting and in Swiss and international tax legislation.
After acquiring a Master in Business Administration from University of St. Gallen (HSG) in 1998, Pius Gürber completed his training as a Certified Tax Expert.
From 1999 to 2005, he worked as a Tax Consultant at the international consulting firm KPMG where he also did a secondment in New York City. From 2005 to 2007 he was a partner at Honegger Treuhand AG. From 2008 to December 2012 he was partner at Convisa Holding AG.
He is now an independent consultant specializing in tax planning and capital structure for legal entities and natural persons. Pius Gürber also provides comprehensive family office guidance and services.
Philipp Schmidig was born on December 18, 1975, in Schwyz and grew up in Lauerz. He completed his commercial vocational school in Schwyz. In 1999, he earned the title of Certified Specialist in Finance and Accounting with a federal diploma, and became a Certified Tax Expert in 2006.
Since beginning his commercial apprenticeship, Philipp Schmidig has spent his entire career in the fiduciary sector, acting in various roles such as clerk, mandate manager, and member of the management team for a medium-sized firm. With over 30 years of extensive experience, he possesses the knowledge necessary to support SMEs and individuals effectively.
His specialties include tax planning and optimization for private individuals and companies in both national and international contexts. Additionally, Philipp Schmidig has developed extensive expertise in real estate, which he regularly applies for the benefit of his clients.
